Hello Everyone!

My name is Lola Sunmonu, and I am a certified Life coach, and an aspiring motivational speaker residing in Houston, Texas. I obtained a bachelors of science degree in psychology from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!), and I am currently pursuing a masters degree from Walden University  in psychology with a specialization in applied psychology. I currently work as a therapist in the field of applied behavioral analysis , conducting therapy sessions with children, teens, and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. I absolutely love helping people, it is my passion and purpose! I consider myself to be someone who  not only teaches one how to fish, but someone who also sticks around until a fish has been caught. In other words, I’m in for the long haul! I am a motivator, encourager, helper, friend, and loyal advocate to those who need me. I stumbled upon life coaching a year ago, when a friend of mine introduced me to her business as a life coach, I loved the idea right away! How great is it to couple my experience in psychology and ABA. I knew this would be a game changer for the field and the clientele. My best experience as a life coach so far is seeing people’s face light up whenever we have  great thought provoking and behavior modifying sessions. As Oprah would say, “it’s an AHA! moment,” these moments are priceless because I know that a breakthrough has finally happened. Days, months, and even years of heartache and disappointments are finally being destroyed. Of course, I cannot take any of this credit for myself or attest it solemnly to my knowledge and background, I give all the glory to Jesus Christ who is increasing me in wisdom, knowledge and understanding day by day. I am an expression of God’s reckless love, grace, and overwhelming victory. I am so honored and grateful to be an impact to people who feel defeated, unloved, unwanted, and hopeless. I am able to love because I learned to receive love from the one who is Love. once again thank you!
